Debbie, Dental Hygienist "Enthusiastic, Caring, Knowledgeable..." Hi everyone! My name is Deb and I have been a dental hygienist here at Dr. Russ' for six and a half years. I obtained my Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from MCC, and am certified in Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide. In the twenty years that I have been in Hygiene, the best part of the job has been meeting new people and helping patients achieve their best dental life, and I truly enjoy continuing my education regularly. I grew up in Hilton, NY and currently reside locally in Elba, NY with my husband and two sons...some of my favorite things to do include reading, hiking, and spending time with my family! Kathy, Dental Hygienist " Friendly, Caring, Sincere..." Hi there! My name is Kathy and I began with my Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from ECC, and I am now celebrating eighteen and a half years in this office! I grew up and now live in LeRoy, NY, and when I am home I love cooking, gardening, reading, and sewing...and when I am at work I love meeting new people and seeing others periodically for years. I also enjoy helping patients reach a higher level of dental health, and therefore overall health. Please come visit us!

I am Molly and I have worked as an assistant at this office for three and a half years... the highlight of working in this field is being able to integrate my love for art and being creative into my work. I grew up and went to school in Pavilion, NY and then became interested in dental assistance through my education at Lakeview Dental Assisting School. My name is Stefanie and I have been assisting here at Dr. Russ' for over three years...the best part of working here is getting to know so many people from our community. I grew up in Attica, NY, graduated from a local community college, and then completed an educational course through Lakeview Dental Assisting School. I enjoy golfing, snowmobiling, snowboarding and playing with my dog, Puddles.

I have worked for Dr. Russ for more than three years and by far my favorite part is taking care of patients and helping make them feel as comfortable as possible. I grew up here in Batavia, NY, graduated from St. Bonaventure University, spent time in Florida, and am glad to be back home! I enjoy traveling, being outside, cooking, home renovation, and being with my friends and family.

Susan, Front Desk "Professional, Caring, Courteous.." Welcome! My name is Susan and my position is Office Manager. In the ten and a half years that I have worked for Dr Russ, I have come to love developing relationships with all different people, and the opportunity to educate people about the benefits of good oral health. I am originally from Perry, NY, studied at Niagara Community College, became a certified dental assistant in 1985, and have worked in the dental profession for thirty years. When I am not working, I enjoy reading, knitting, golf, bowling, traveling, and spending time with my three beautiful Yorkies!

Theresa, Front Desk "Patient, Genuine, Kind..." It is nice to meet you, I am Theresa. I am happy to see you on your way in or out, at the front desk, and I have just celebrated one and a half years working for Dr. Russ and Dr. Marcela! I have loved getting to know the community through our office, and helping to make your visit as smooth as possible. I have always stayed relatively local, and now my husband and I spend our time between Batavia and Rushford Lake. Spending time with my grandchildren, traveling to visit family in Boston, being with friends, and caring for our dog, Ruby, are among my very favorite ways to pass the time...welcome to our office.

I have worked here in Dr. Russ's office for over twenty-one years, and I have come to truly enjoy the diversity of my job.
